CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF EQUINOX

On Wednesday, September 23, we held another EQUINOX gathering—under the theme “Same But Different“—in Granada, Spain.

It was a very special event because we chose to act collaboratively; this fostered close communication among the participants, some of whom were taking part for the first time.

Performing as a cohesive group piqued the curiosity of passersby, who came over to ask what was happening.

Following a tradition that is now becoming well-established, we wrapped up the day by playing “Red Light, Green Light” (known in Spain as “Un, dos tres… pollito inglés”) and then enjoyed some tapas together.

It is essential and necessary to continue occupying public space with art and in a peaceful manner, and to stand up for freedom and coexistence.

Participants: Tomás, Gregorio, Paula, Manuel, Concha, Maite, Elvira, and me.

Accompanying and documenting the event: Sylvia, Bute, and Llorch. Thank you!
