NS#3 is an action that forms part of the Niyama Saucha project. It was performed the May 16th 2026 at the Casa Pedrilla Museum for the 1st Arts Market organized by the Cáceres (Spain) Provincial Council.
In this project, I reflect, from an ironic and absurd perspective, on the human condition, combining the practice of yoga with domestic chores. In this way, the everyday—such as cleaning—is presented as common ground, as something that connects and equalizes us as human beings. The mundane merges with the spiritual, and the absurd with the solemn.
