A work dedicated to my mother, a person that I admire and love deeply; smart, brave, about to turn 85 years old … and that does not eat chickpeas.
My body is full of chickpeas, and more chickpeas fall on my head… the whole floor is filled with chickpeas.
I pick up in a glass, 85 golden chickpeas that I string in a thread and I build a necklace.
I distribute plastic bags for people to take home chickpeas.
I share evening with my dear friend Ana Maeso.
