‘Open the circle until we all fit’ is a collective action that takes the apple as a symbol of shared knowledge, desire and resistance. Through everyday gestures such as washing, drying and handing over, the piece generates a space for listening and symbolic transmission, connecting the participants in a circle that expands and transforms. In this performative ritual, the word is inscribed in matter, the voice becomes the body and collective action becomes an act of sowing and renewal.
This action is part of a joint research project on Performance Art and Education.
