Niyama Saucha is a Sanskrit term meaning cleansing and purification.
Inspired by this concept, I reflect on three aspects of the human condition: the professional, the personal, and the social.
It is a project with an ironic and absurdist vision that unites such disparate aspects as yoga and household chores, and whose foundation is performance. It consists of a video action in which I practice yoga surrounded by cleaning supplies, as well as photographs, sculptures, live performances, and the archive Everyday Anthology (HERE).
