NS#4 is an action that forms part of the Niyama Saucha project. It was performed on May 21, 2026, at the José Guerrero Center in Granada, Spain, to commemorate International Museum Day.
In this project, I reflect, from an ironic and absurd perspective, on the human condition, combining the practice of yoga with household chores. In this way, the everyday—such as cleaning—is presented as common ground, as something that connects and equalises us as human beings. The mundane merges with the spiritual, and the absurd with the solemn.
For this action, I invited seven people to participate in a performance in which I guided a yoga practice incorporating cleaning elements. I am immensely grateful to Marta, Carmen, Dani, Alfonso, Ana, Marianela, and María for sharing this session with me.
