Occupying space unusually is a performative practice that interests me, especially for several aspects: it helps me to become aware of that space itself, it invites me to explore possibilities through the body and it connects me with play.
It is also an activity present in most of the workshops I do, as it encompasses many of the aspects that I consider basic to action art: the relationship of the body with space, play, or the absurd… It is a practice that is sometimes used as a means of expression in my work.
It is a practice that can sometimes serve as a germ for a more elaborate action.
I share some images of an unusual occupation of space in the village of Genaguacil (Málaga), during a tourist visit.
Thanks for the photos of Llorch Talavera.
