Does the habit make the nun?

Performance with Amelia David. Final sample of the laboratory “Action Arts vs. Performing Arts”, within the project EXCHANGE Live Art. Thursday April 23th at La Nave del Duende, Cáceres (Spain).

This work is based on an awareness of time and rhythm exercise, in which an action is performed circulate again and again, while counting aloud, playing with the speed of movements and different rhythms. It is a reflection on the transformation experienced by actors and performers to act or to perform from the clothes they wear.

The action, conducted simultaneously by both artists, becomes a kind of absurd choreography in which their bodies and voices end with mistakes and not beat , creating a strange dialogue of movements and sounds.
