Niyama Saucha is a Sanskrit term meaning cleansing and purification.
Inspired by this concept I reflect on three aspects of the human condition: the professional, the personal, and the social.
It is a project with an ironic and absurd vision in which I join such disparate aspects as yoga and household chores, whose base is performance. It consists of a video action in which I practice yoga wrapped in cleaning elements, photographs, sculptures, live actions, and the Antología Cotidiana archive (HERE)
