Performance for the Meeting Trayecto in MATSU. 11th May 2013, Madrid.
The theme of this performance meeting at Matsu was “border” and “journey”. As the meeting was coming to an end, as our performance journey together was coming to a close, I made this action as we were journeying from art-making to eating dinner, in the place where the field meets the house, in a spot located midway between the nature and the city.
In the garden, there is a bed of wonderful organic lettuce that has been carefully cultivated. I added dressing directly to the lettuce, and kneeling on the ground ate it directly from the garden. I invited others to share in this tasty treat.
