I start the performance by washing my hands.
I invite someone from the audience to participate, offering to scratch his/her back.
I ask him/her how he/she likes to be scratched and where he/she wants me to scratch.
I communicate with that person as I scratch him/her. I ask if he/she is I all right, if he/she wants me to scratch him/her stronger, or in another area, etc.
When I am finished, I wash my hands again and invite another person to participate.
Finally, I sit down and with effort I start to scratch my own back until someone from the public approaches and helps me.
