The Priestess and Justice are Tarot cards that are related to the questions, doubts and fears I have having made the personal choice to attempt to make a living from performance art. This performance is a ritual where I free myself of these doubts, pressures, and fears.
I clip a series of two different coloured clothespins (the colours of the Priestess and Justice cards) to different parts of my body. The clothespins pinch my body. I free myself from them without my hands, using only the movement of my body.
